Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phdrem ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the phdrem website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). Continued use of the phdrem Platform constitutes your acceptance of these terms in full.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:
🔞 Age Restriction — 21 Years and Older Only. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law, you must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any real-money gambling activity on the phdrem Platform. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager on phdrem.
By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that:
phdrem reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned after verification of identity, less any bonuses claimed.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the phdrem Platform. Multiple accounts per person, per household, per device, or per payment method are strictly prohibited. phdrem reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
phdrem may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID). phdrem processes all KYC documents in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. phdrem will never request your password via live chat, SMS, or email. You must notify phdrem support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. phdrem shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
phdrem currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified Accounts.
Deposits via e-wallet (GCash, Maya) are credited instantly. Bank deposits via InstaPay clear within minutes; PesoNet within the same business day. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to accounts verified in your name. phdrem reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before releasing large withdrawal amounts. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phdrem content without prior written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdrem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including gambling losses, service interruptions, or data loss. phdrem's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the preceding 30-day period.
phdrem does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to phdrem's right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
phdrem reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification or Account inbox message prior to taking effect. Continued use of the phdrem Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, dated with the effective date of the most recent revision.
